By accessing or using Laters (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Laters is a link-saving service that allows you to save, organize, and manage web links. The Service is available as a web application and native iOS app.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in using Sign In with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Save links to content that is illegal or harmful

5. Content

You retain ownership of all links and data you save to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us the right to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date.
